Complete maintenance and repair kits, sourced, inspected and packed to the special packaging instruction.

Wiring harnesses and cable assemblies

• Wire cutting, stripping and crimping to drawing and military specification requirements
• Connector termination, backshell assembly and torque to specification
• Routing, lacing and tie-down on harness boards, built from the drawing
• Heat-shrink sleeving, splices, solder sleeves and identification marking
• Electrical testing and 100% visual inspection to drawing requirements

Kitting

• Complete kits built to a kit drawing and parts list, including vehicle maintenance and repair kits
• Sourcing of machined, molded and commercial parts from approved suppliers
• Receiving inspection and part-number verification for every line item
• Sub-kit boxes and consolidated crates with packing lists

Military packaging and marking

• Preservation and packing to MIL-STD-2073-1 and the contract's special packaging instruction (SPI)
• Shipping and unit container marking to MIL-STD-129
• Part identification to MIL-STD-130 where the drawing requires it

Contract support

• DLA and Army contracts, including DIBBS solicitations and delivery orders
• Government source inspection and acceptance
• Long-term and repeat builds from a single drawing package

Inspection

Receiving inspection of purchased parts, in-process checks at the bench, and final inspection to the drawing before anything is packed.

Traceability

Material certifications and lot information kept with each job, so every shipment can be traced back to its parts and builders.

Training

Assemblers are trained on the job by experienced leads and supervisors, and work from the drawing and written work instructions.

What you'll do

• Build wiring harnesses and cable assemblies
• Cut, strip and crimp wire; install terminals and connectors
• Route, tie and label harnesses from drawings
• Inspect your work to military quality standards
• Help with parts kitting as needed
